JFS Elder Wraparound Program (EWRAP) is a transition and socialization program for people over the age of 60 who have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder. The EWRAP staff works with the client individually to prepare them for successful transition into local senior centers, neighborhood churches and other community venues.
