What is the Gambling Recovery Program? The Gambling Recovery Program at Jewish Family Service offers treatment for the problem or compulsive gambler as well as their family. We provide individual therapy for the gambler and spouse, group therapy for the gambler (with other recovering gamblers), family and couple therapy to rebuild relationships that have been damaged by the gambling. Additional diagnostic and treatment intervention includes vocational counseling, psychiatric consultation, financial counseling, crisis intervention and more.
The Gambling Recovery program has a working relationship with Gamblers Anonymous, Gam-Anon, and the New York Council on Problem Gambling to provide comprehensive services.

Am I eligible For Help? The Gambling Recovery Program offers treatment for anyone who is affected by problem or compulsive gambling. This includes family members and friends. We serve any resident of Western New York, regardless of sex, race, or religious orientation.
