JFS helps families and individuals make the transition from troubled regions overseas to a new life in America. Our competent and compassionate staff assists children and families from Sudan, Bosnia, Liberia and other strife-torn areas of the world. We facilitate entrance into the United States, greet clients upon their arrival at the airport and provide them with food, clothing and basic shelter with the goal of helping them to become self-sufficient.
